About Your First Visit:
- Please fill out the new client form to expedite the check in process.
- What can I expect? We can’t wait to meet you and your furry family member! Your first visit is all about getting to know each other and determining how to best help you and your pet. We’ll take a detailed history, perform a thorough exam, and answer any questions you have. We will provide estimates before we move forward with any procedures. We want you and your pet to feel comfortable and confident in our care.
- What should I bring? Please upload any previous medical records (pdf format) in the new client form, or alternatively, you can bring them with you. Previous medical records can help us ensure we provide anything necessary for your pet’s well being. Also, if you can, please bring your pet’s favorite toy or treat to make them feel right at home!
- Note: Although Dr. Yoo previously worked at Vet4HealthyPet, we do not have direct access to your pets’ medical records. Please call its sister hospital Yolinda Animal Hospital directly at (714) 707-5108 to retrieve Vet4HealthyPet records.
